About Jodi


A former gymnast and college tennis and track athlete, Jodi has been whipping people into shape since the 90’s and she isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Part cheerleader, part drill sergeant with heart. Jodi knows the business of your body, how to fuel it, and how to get it moving for good.

Spend any time with Jodi and while you let a little of her passionate energy for your health rub off on you, get to know the authentic and enthusiastic side as well. You simply cannot fail.

Jodi has spent the last 20 years coaching and educating others as a master pilates trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition coach.


She holds a Masters Degree from UW-La Crosse and is certified a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. She is a certified Transformational Nutrition Coach through ITN and a Comprehensive Pilates instructor through the PMA. She holds numerous equipment and movement specialty certifications including TRX, Kettlebell, Spinning, and aquatic therapy.

She continues to work with athletes of all ages and abilities. Her passions include: running, creating new healthy recipes, strength training, spending time at home in Minnesota with her boys and her dog Hudson.
